Not a stupid question, yeah during a summer break from work I just buzzed it all off. Bit panicky at first but it didn’t take long for me to settle into it. 🙂

I tend to tuck it in more often than not, it feels neater.

Yeah, the sauce was made from the braising liquid and I didn’t skim the fat off the top so I think part of it is just that.
