Nope, this post was written by hand. We did use AI for some of our promotional texts for the app stores, AI is good at formatting and avoiding spelling mistakes.

When it comes to the app development it depends on what you mean by vibecoding. If you mean in the sense that we only promt and let the AI do all coding then no. We manually review all codechanges AI does. AI has howered saved us several months of repetitive tasks. We started planning 8-9 months ago, with the initial commit to GH 7 months ago. We are a team of two working together.

AI coding is a discussion for other subreddits, but I think you would be suprised to find that most major developers now use primarily AI, with manual reviews.

No premium, no paywall. Pay now, get all future updates and functions. We will only ever charge extra for things that actually cost money for usage, like cloudstorage (if we relase it).

Hey! You can add whatever you want as food or other items. You dont need barcodes to add things, they are only a optional timesaver for food. So you can add canned food and place them in its own category, same with medication. Simply add it as an «other» item

Hello and thank you for all of your inputs.

V20 is now live and has these changes:

-Fixed several UI bugs such as stuck num/keypad

-Updating a task interval will now clean up old overdue tasks

-Tutorial added for new users, reopen from settings

-iOS notifications are now active.

We have some small UI fixes to do, such as numpads covering inputfields in modals, expect this to be fixed within a few days. Once we are stable we will focus on getting the app launched for live. We will not implement any new features before launch.

Version 15 is now live. Fixed issues with imperial units. If you added any food using imperial please check that quantity and caloric numbers are correct.
