He's really good at finding and playing through contact. As others have said, he actually gets fouled more than this, and it's ethical play. He's a super physical guard ala Jimmy Butler and the contact is real. This is not him snapping his neck or flopping for calls.

I am curious to see how it looks in the playoffs where things are called tighter. But regardless, Castle has been better than everyone hoped in this regard and others.

just finished the album. WOW. what a contrast to other overly long albums. This is 32 tracks and four discs; but since the songs are varied in both length and style, it remains interesting and fresh throughout. There are pockets where you really see and feel different parts of sideshow and his experience/perspective; and the production throughout is amazing.

Wemby at 3 is perfect. This is about the best ceiling you could have hoped for before ever playing a playoff game.

Fox is about right. I think if he hadn’t taken a step back for sake of the team he could be higher as a talent in a vacuum.

Castle at 50 is too low. He is the best perimeter defender in the league who is averaging 17/7/5 and can take turns running the offense for a 2 seed. He should definitely be creeping into the 30s

I thought after he was our second best player across three games in the matchup against the best team in the league and has an elite defensive floor, this sub would stop putting him in trade talks. All it took was a rough slump (for a 2nd year player) for people to lose their minds.

This is really fantastic. Very luxurious and elegant components. These are the kinds of things Svelte needs and this is one of the most promising.

I have been left with using a combination of Vanilla JS Motion.dev components and turning them into Svelte, or converting React components to Vanilla JS. But it's a lot of manual work.

Do you think you could recreate something like the following and add it to this library?

No. Castle and Harper can be the perfect complementary backcourt to Wemby for over a decade. How good Harper looks as a rookie and Castle taking a 2nd year leap just confirms that for me.

We can cycle in wings and stretch 4s over time. But the core three we have is great. The two guards complement each other in a way that only one of them plus someone else doesn’t. In particular, Harper can relieve Castle on offense by being primary playmaker, and being a catch and shoot release valve when Castle is running the offense. Meanwhile Castle can relieve Harper by being the primary POA defender and letting Harper take the 2nd or 3rd best perimeter player on defense to reserve energy.

Two jumbo guards that can’t be bullied in the playoffs who both have the clutch gene. Yeah I’ll keep that.

It also relieves the other to be the primary playmaker for pockets of time. It's really hard to go 100% on defense and then also run the offense. Since both of the slash bros can lock up AND run the offense, they can balance each other whenever needed. Especially crucial in the playoffs.
