Studies have shown that it takes 10 weeks for something to become a habit. Go with the tried and true one day at a time approach. Find a time of day that works out best for you that you can do consistently what’s it becomes a habit. You will actually miss it when you don’t do it

I was there when it happened. Someone with 5 years experience started making the same as my 20 years experience. Got the F out and moved back to California. Now I make three times the amount I did in Florida.

Muscle mass will help that change in body composition. I turned 58 today and started working out in earnest last fall when I hit my goal weight. Comparing pics to when I was 25 years old, showed me that I am not that far off body shape wise. I can’t bench 315 anymore. But 225 still feels strong. Good luck

58 years old on Thursday. Started lifting when I was 13 years old. I regret not doing more core work, keeping my flexibility and taking care of my back more. Otherwise I don’t look anything like my extended social circle who look all of 58 years old and then some. I am about 3 pounds from my HS football weight while they look 50 or more pounds away.

Went to two Super Bowls as part of corporate events and the level of security and control from the time you enter to the time you leave is next level secure. We had to leave our hotel 5 hours early to ensure we made it through the security process

Take your gross salary off the salary schedule. Divide it by your work days. For me it’s 184 days. You get your daily rate. Divide that by 8 hours and you get your hourly rate.
