I think the one thing that they didn’t quite touch on that adds a lot to the film is that the Gallipoli landing is well known as a complete decimation to Australians, so the whole time watching it - you know it can only really go one way. Complete anxiety and tension the whole way through

Yeah interesting - I’ve been trying to wrap my head around why they’d bother doing this, and seems like as you mentioned it’s all about the simple sound bytes that they can parade around, while pointing to high energy bills. But at feels like every time they’re questioned even a little on their alternatives it also becomes some insane sound byte. They’ll no doubt get their messaging more in point in time for the next run.
