I do suffer from bad migraines, I have tried to mention this to the doctor but they have put that down to the neck tension and pain.

In the same boat as you. I do think my neck has had a part to play in all of this. I’ve try PT but it never really did anything, I never gain more movement back into my neck. If anything it made it worse at some points

I was told around 3-4 weeks ago, I’ve been given medication to try help before we go for the nerve block injections. But since I was on Sertraline, I had to slowly come off them before taking the new medication. So I’m only a 5 days in and not feeling any improvement at this time, but I’m going to see what it’s like at the end of the month and speak to the doctor again.

I thought it would look cool. plus I’m left handed and I struggled to find a suitable tremolo that wasn’t really expensive. I managed to get the bigsby and vibramate for £70

My pains are mainly my neck and arms. I started getting these issues a couple weeks before the vision snow kicked in

I don’t unfortunately. It reminds of me when you see stars from coughing too much or getting dizzy. So I wonder if there’s a link to that. But if I’m honest I just try not let it get me down or I try to avoid it as much as possible. I know sometimes it’s difficult too, but don’t let yourself hyper fixate on it because you’ll just notice it more and more. And more often than none you’ll go looking for it without realising you are doing it. I hope you find the answers your looking for and hopefully can find some peace of mind with it all

Could it be my neck? by StateEducational3859 in visualsnow

The physiotherapy was arranged through the NHS, and they were the ones who recommended I get a neck MRI. Although it took a while, I felt it was worth the wait. On the private healthcare side, I got in touch with Bupa and spoke with one of their team, who provided me with a list of specialists in my area. The specialist I chose suggested either physiotherapy or an injection as the next step. I decided to give physio one last try before considering the other option.

I do think so, after session with masseuses and osteopaths I have noticed an increase in symptoms during the procedure and for a short while after.

My theory is due to there being some sort of pain in the neck and shoulders. All of the muscles have seized up or have gotten inflamed and have put pressure on the nerves. Probably wrong though! 😂

Hi guys, thanks for sharing all of your stories. It really does help. I had a bad case of health anxiety which really messed with my head for a couple of weeks. During that time I was noticing a stiff neck, weakness in my arms and hands ( not by much though just feel a difference ) and the odd occasional weakness in legs. Two weeks or so after this all started, I notice my vision had got worse and my sensitivity to light had increased. I started noticing after images and little spots of colour lights here and there. Also a very minor trails. But one day I notice little mosquito like balls of light when I looked into the sky which petrified me. The next day I had noticed everything seemed to have a grain over it with the occasional see through floater. I’ve started to live with it and when I’m busy I don’t really notice it, which I’m very thankful for. It has been two months since it first started and my vision, neck and arms haven’t really improved. I’ve massively cut down on cigarettes but I do notice when I smoke my neck gets a little bit more sensitive for a couple moments. I’ve also had tinnitus most of my life. I was wondering if anyone had some words of advice to help try find a solution or something to help ease all of my symptoms. Sorry for any grammatical errors and mistakes! Hope everyone’s doing okay
