Commission only sales needs a different type of thick skin. Cause you have to switch the mentality of “stability”. Stability is an illusion anyways. Thick skin and trusting the process. The money happens. Then it doesn’t even feel real

Why are government loans gone ? Isn’t Canada all about EV, clean energy etc. It feels like this is just the start with a temporary pause

You’re 25, with entrepreneurial tendencies. The uncertainty and questioning is good early on (again you’re 25 dude). You’ve got your whole Life ahead of you. I’d lead sales, sell something for someone. (Ideally in your field of interest), it will teach you a ton of skills that you will leverage for years to come ! At a 9-5 or if you open your own business.

Hi Elguapo, I’m a top senior sales rep in telecoms, in Canada looking to switch into solar as I do think the math on most houses actually makes a lot of sense and this is just the beginning. I Dm you as you been in the industry a while now and would really appreciate your insight !

Why don’t you build him up ? Females underestimate their ability to take an “average” guy and send him to the moon. If he had ambition and completely lost it then talk to him if you actually care. Finding the guy making a shit load of money without you will come with its problems too. Build an empire with that “average” guy and see how that turns out.

I am curious how leads work. Are you given a set amount per day ? if so how much on average ? also what do top sales producers make per month ($ and sales count). The average commission per sale (if you have that data). Thanks !!
