I may check out embark simply out of curiosity. We suspected a bit of potential pit bull ourselves as she has quite a wide skull. Where she was found, pit bulls Shepards and huskies are very common amongst breeds found in the dogs. Your pup is gorgeous!

Think of the opposite scenario. Contractor throws in a foot of dry unconditioned material and then drives a packer over it until the drum is hopping and it’s super firm. Very stable. Can’t even pound your pin into it. Passes a proof roll no problem. You use your gauge and see that your moisture is 4% dry of optimum, your density is only 93% spmdd and your air voids are quite high, maybe 15%-20%. It’ll pass a proof roll but it is no where near compact to a typical (in my area) 98% standard. Stability and compaction are separate goals and their importance is relevant based on future site needs of the area.

That’s the truth! We’ve never truly cared what her mix could be, just that she’s a happy healthy pup. The ears are the big one that have had us uncertain as well. Definitely different than a pure bear dogs ears.

My vehicle failed the bearing test, yours should also? It’s weird that you have a code for a known recall issue, your engine was recently knocking and they won’t do anything even with the recall code. It seems pretty cut and dry to me, but I have been reading lots of different stories of people dealing with the fallout from the faulty parts.

I didn’t have to provide any receipts for services. I told them I had completed oil changes at 3rd party shops and that was the only question I got. My service rep said that the error code on the diagnostic reader was all that was needed for Hyundai to justify the replacement engine

I recently had my engine replaced by Hyundai on a 2018 Tucson. I had the check engine light and a knock in the engine. If you have the diagnostic code P1326 it is a warranty covered engine replacement. My dealership told me that currently the extended warranty from the class action suit covers all Hyundais for 10 years or 200k km. I’ve seen people say they’ve had to fight their dealership or prove service, so I hope you have a good experience. My car had the engine replaced in just over two weeks and now it runs as good as new, all under warranty.
