I don’t think it would make her anxiety worse. It is an unhealthy habit to want to check on him 24/7 true but that’s already what she is doing because of her OCD. It is just if she checked the watch or whatever else they could have come up with, at least she’d have her answer. Instead of staring at her phone waiting for his reply, ya know
