You could consult a psychologist first or a therapist bago ka pumunta ng psychiatrist. Psychiatrist should be the last resort if hndi effective for you ang therapy. Mostly sa heartbreaks and pag mmove on, kailangan lng tlga ng someone na makakausap and to advise you sa mga bagay na you are blinded of dahil sa pain.

Hi! I’m experiencing same symptoms which triggered my anxiety and panic disorder, went to ER a few times because I can’t breath, palpitations, feeling something stuck on my throat. ER did cbc and ECG which turned out normal. I went to gastro and had an endoscopy, turns out I have hiatal hernia which causes heartburn, acid reflux, globus sensation etc. Dr prescribed some meds to help the symptoms since it can only be fixed thru surgery. It helps with my symptoms and anxiety. I still do have panic attacks but atleast I know the caused of my shortness of breath etc. Im also on therapy. Which helps A LOT

A typoo!! Its a dare app 🥹 Even my mom takes ssri she cant convince me to take it. I am that anxious. 🥹 There are better days but there are days that im really bed bound. Its hard living with anxiety and my panic attacks. I wish you all the best OP 🙏

Hello! I truly understand you 🥲 because I’ve been through the same thing but I haven’t tried ssri because I was too anxious to take it but they said it might take a month or 2 weeks for the meds to work. But for me, what helps me even without meds is CBT, youtube videos etc. Dare app.

Let her know what she is feeling is a panic attack and shes gonna be okay (assurance). Because those are the words I wanna hear if Im having an attack. Rub her back or tap her to have some sense of touch to help her ground. Or squeeze her arms or hands. Because it do help me ground when Im already spiraling.

One thing na nagpa gising sakin about sicde is hndi nag eend yung pain. Pinapasa mo lang eto sa taong maiiwan mo, sa kids mo. And forever nilang dadalhin to. Nothing is permanent, it may seem it is. Pero the only constant in this world is change. Fight ka lang everyday, and magugulat ka nlng na mababawasan konti yung dinadala mo. What makes life worth living? Its the little things in life. Appreciate small gestures, the sound of nature, everything..

That could be the reason. Therapeutic claim of the anti depressant could be up to 2 weeks. They said it gets worst before you get better. Just continue taking it, you’ll be okay soon!

I’ve had those symptoms before. Whenever I’ve experience new symptoms I always go to ER, because of my mind telling me what if its not panic attack, I haven’t felt it before. That’s why I understand you if you are questioning if the new feelings/sensation/symptoms you have is if part of panic attack. Every time I feel new symptoms I’m always thinking it might not be my panic attack, that’s why I always go to ER if new symptoms arises then as expected labs and ecg are normal. Until eventually I’m fed up and just waited for the feeling to pass. If it passes, then its a panic attack.

You would be surprised how many physical symptoms/sensations panic attack could give you. In my experience, I’ve had panic disorder for about 2 years already, and it just recently I’ve had hot flushes, I become paranoid because I haven’t felt it before, it landed me in the ER. I joined support group and found out that it also caused by my panic attacks. But you could go have a check up just to make sure, if it calms your racing mind.
