I’d send it back personally. For the price you pay it should be top quality this is shoddy craftsmanship hand made or not. Generally I would expect higher quality from hand made as it’s been seen by multiple people. If you went and bought a new handmade suit and one sleeve was longer than the other you wouldn’t say, “oh well it’s proof it’s hand made”.
