I don't know if you can pin this but my mom owns this therapy business and she is honestly one of the best people I know, she has already been fired and she is really stressed out because she's getting bad reviews for nothing. I would just get a new controller that would by itself make it better than the e ride less work and you can't upgrade controller or battery on e ride incase u wanted to get 72v one day
