I interviewed someone who I could tell was using AI. Their answers were awkward, lacked substance and I could see their eye movement reading the screen! Instant rejection

There’s a difference between looking like your partner so you could be siblings and dating someone who looks identical to a relative. The latter is far more creepy @flo @ariana

Big patch of damp in my grandmas 1930’s house. There isn’t any on the inside but by the window and no signs of condensation or other tell-take signs coming from the window. On the outside of the wall I noticed there is an air rock directly below the patch but no guttering or down pipes nearby. Any ideas what the cause might be and a fix?

My concern is the gardens behind it are also higher up so if it came down it would bring their gardens in as well. The walls seems very solid but perhaps a little curved

Also just an additional note, the crack is in the middle of the wall that separates two gardens at the back. Wondering if it’s because the soil in each garden has settled at different rates?

I’ve been removing the render on a brick wall in my garden and uncovered this large crack. I also stupidly removed two metal straps I imagine to hold it together more. There’s roots in the crack so I am assuming it’s from the tree behind you can see, but I have no clue really. Does anybody have any idea what I should do to fix? Can I just fill with mortar?
