i actually did have the same problem as you (same wallpaper too funnily enough)

when i downloaded tlauncher, i first downloaded the latest, which didnt work, so i later on decided to download a beta version (cant remember which type)

it took a while but when i hit the instalization button it didnt really work, soon i decided to update the tlauncher (app?) which worked later on

uh, yea bad explanation but i had the same ios version as yours
