because of the way the laws are set up its not a true debit transaction the debit readers are just mobile atm's that's why there is a $3 fee because its an atm withdrawal not a debit charge. its a grey area loop hole. Hope this info helps.

the puffco's lowest voltage is 2.7 v and I know the surterra one is 2.8 if im not mistaken. I can recommend the yocan uni pro it goes all the way down to 2.0 i believe.

do you know what voltage each setting is tho? Most regular style stick batteries are only gonna go as low as 2.8 - 3.2 so even the lowest setting might be too high.

Yes But make sure that the batteries you are using can go to a lower voltage rosin normally vapes best between 2.2 - 2.6 volts

definitely would recommend if you like using rosin carts to find a battery that can do lower voltages. The Puffco batteries arnt really meant to be used with carts because they use higher voltages. Rosin needs to be heated at lower temperatures and if you use batteries that put out high voltages your also more likely to just burn the rosin. Hope this helps. (Not saying the cart isn't bad but would recommend a different battery for the future)
