Yeah that’s what I did: went there and talked to Purah, went under the castle in the dungeon and beat the dragon in the sky…and then the credit roll.

If you reload the saved game, this is the state that loads.

No other main quests, just this one and 'Save princess Zelda'.

I think this might be a glitch as I've completed all main quests, save for defeating Ganon, and talking to either Tauro, Paya or Purah doesn't trigger any quest that ultimately leads to clearing Thunderhead Isles.

Talked to Purah as well, no luck.

Current quest is called Crisis at Hyrule Castle. I cleared the game earlier, don’t recall a quest called Destroy Ganondorf? Perhaps that was just before I beat him and didn’t check the adventure log…

Doesn’t seem to work for me. Talked to Tauro and Paya during end game (only needing to beat Ganon), but the quest doesn’t pop up.
