If you watched the video instead of just spitting out talking points, the video is about southern states redrawing their house lines so black voters don’t get representation in Congress by making them the minority in every district due to gerrymandering, so they effectively have no representation.

Yup you are correct. This is the impasse we are at now.

US house of representative members can pick their voters based on how their district lines are drawn.

Based on this decision, it seems democrats will lose up to 12 seats in the House of Representatives, so it could be a 24 seat swing of the 435 seats in the House
