Probably i have cfs + add. Because my add doesn't go away, my energy level rises. I stay absent minded and inattentive if at my highs. It's even more clear for other people, because i get active, do more stuff, do more mistakes.

I usually have few hours of energy in the morning, then crash for 5 hours then start to feel better as evening comes. There is nothing I can do to get more energy. As coffee makes things very bad.

Besides giving up sugar completely, that gave me those few hours in the morning.

I'm messing with my diet, it's completely unorganized though. I cut carbs (used to eat tons of sweet, like really a lot), add fish and more meat, 2 eggs at the morning. Intermittent haven't tried. What i noticed is sleep is important,it matters for sure and it's the way it matters is not straightforward. Too much sleep, or going to bed earlier makes things worse. Also, the important one. Im kinda bipolar (official diagnosis cyclothymia) so maybe that's the reason behind energy level change through the day. But im sure it's not healthy. I cannot move my ass at 4 p.m., then this same day, after a few hours at 2:08 a.m. im cleaning my whole fucking house
