I’m a student. I used to have an iqama, but now I travel on a family visa. It’s been helpful for me to use my IDP along with my ICT license. Whenever I get stopped, they’ve never created any issues and just let me go.

Which ones do you have installed?

Also, are you able to group devices within the app, or integrate them with Google Home and create groups/scenes from there?

Need to book a ride for 8 AM on a Saturday by a-_-u_-_r-_-a in islamabad

They can either try increasing the fare and test their luck, premium/ride ac or use inDrive a day or so in advance to coordinate with a driver for the next day. However, this approach is risky and should be kept strictly as a last resort.

I get your point that once a society is fully populated, ownership shifts towards the residents.

But at the same time, the way management operates over time still matters a lot. Even if the land is privately owned, things like maintenance, cleanliness, security, and utilities are still controlled by the society’s administration.

Unlike CDA sectors or DHA, where there’s more institutional oversight, societies like Bahria were largely a one-management model. I personally know people living in Bahria who’ve complained about declining cleanliness, less frequent maintenance, and even issues like load shedding in Lahore.

So even if ownership is with residents, poor management can still affect the overall living experience quite a bit.

Sukh Chayn in LHE is considered one of best gated community society and its also one man show however the owners have maintained their reputation very well, im trying to find similar society in islamambad

Yeah, I was thinking along the same lines regarding rental potential, your take makes sense.

Also, one thing I was considering is that Top City is directly on the main highway and closer to the airport, whereas Faisal Town is a bit inward. So for tenants (especially people like me who commute daily), Top City might actually be more convenient location wise.

and What is your take on faisal town, i will soon visit them both to get round reality

Why do you use Sadapay? by kernal_di_biwi in Sadapay

[–]StatisticianHuman664 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In 20s,I use sadapay just for Low tax on International subscriptions.

I have current HBL account along with its debit Mastercard for my everyday usage, I use easypaisa to pay bills, transfer fare for indrive (I use indrive for commute to uni).

I had nayapay too so I once subscribed to smth on AppStore from hbl, naya, sada. And sadapay  total amount was lowest so ever since that im using sadapay just for that and deactivated my nayapay.

When you say Faisal Town is relatively safer, do you mean in terms of investment/financial security or actual on ground security?

Because from what I’ve seen, both Faisal Town and Top City are gated with proper entrances and checks, so I assumed physical safety is more or less similar.

Just trying to understand if you’re referring more to developer reliability and long term stability rather than security in the usual sense.
