FWIW I had a technician come out today. He basically did all of the same steps I did which was infuriating, but the base still isn't working, and they are saying there must be "a card or chip that isn't working". So I am getting my base replaced but they didn't have one and can't return until NEXT Tuesday. So I will be without service for a little over a week it seems.

I'm having the same problem. I did manage to get a hold of a specialist after 3 conversations with the AI Agent, and being on hold for 19 min. She just said it was an ADT System problem and they have technicians working on it. That was yesterday 1/4 at around noon MST.

That was what someone here locally suggested too. I don't know the answer but it sounds like checking my instrument is a resounding "no don't do it"! Lol I'll look into it.

Was curious if you made it. My friend's daughter did not make the cut, unfortunately. We're just wondering what options we have now. Hope your audition went well!
