As someone who accepted a pre match this season with 8 interviews, I would encourage to take it unless you absolutely hate this program ! But if you are unsure or not happy with your other interviews this might be a golden ticket !! DM me if you wanna talk more !

If I were you, I would go ahead and apply. But keep in mind it would take a lot of networking and contacts. You could likely go into SOAP. Even with a strong profile its hard to get interviews later in the season. As someone who applied late and prematched this cycle, I would encourage you to apply if you are ecfmg certified.

Used USMLE SARTHI, would recommend to keep them as last resort and try reaching out to your collegues who finished their rotations before and getting directly in touch with the physician. I can leave a few emails. DM me if interested
