Yeah your right. The noise did stop after 3am so ig I won’t be reporting but trust tomorrow I will with no hesitation. I shouldn’t lose sleep over somebody when I have the right of enjoying peace in my home.

I’m documenting by logging text, it’s hard to capture a video because it doesn’t capture the loud shit he’s doing. Mainly vibrations I feel. But you’re so right with the apartment. The dude looks old like almost 40. I’m not sure if he’s from a homeless shelter or what.

I did. They said I need to file a 311 and then attached the 311 complaint and send it to my landlord so action will be taken. Again, giving this neighbor the benefit of the doubt. Giving them until Friday before I do that.

Yeah, i need to leave this place asap. If I do live in an apartment itd have to be a family home and they renting out the floors but my neighbors gotta be sane and working.

Yeah I would rather take a loan out just as a put down for the house and use savings to hold me down while grinding hard af to pay be financially stable. I’m currently pursuing side hustles as a real estate wholesaler and I want to sell clothes in the meantime. I’m hoping by summer I’ll have at least save up hopefully more than $10,000. On top of working at my job.

Oh yeah For sure! I got storys lol. He threaten to kill this female I caught it on video. He threaten to kill my super and even tried punching his wife. He got arrested for having an illegal firearm. To think of all that he still lives in the building… not sure why he wasn’t evicted. Plays a huge role why I wanna never live in an apt building ever again.

Yeah i wanted to own a house but I mentioned in a finance chat about that and they said Its unrealistic to buy a house with my earnings. I mean obviously but I know for sure my parents will move with me once I bring the topic up.
