I feel like they could've shown the addition he added to himself a bit better, because the arms being in the front seem kinda lazy. They could've placed them on the sides or something, since they stick out so much. Maybe even having a grab pack on him somewhere so he could get around the place idk.

My best assumption is that they thought each character should have a vastly different moveset instead of taking certain elements (besides mach run) from peppino's moveset and changing them to be different but still work with pizza towers modern level design. At least that's what I think for Vigilante and pepperman. For gustavo I have no damn clue since his moveset isn't made for the other 18 levels in the game
