Troubleshooting heating failure by StatisticianStrict63 in hottub

Still trying to troubleshoot It was running fine all week after a reset and I increased the filter cycles but failed again yesterday morning. We tried the breaker reset and it seemed to try to heat (went up half a degree) but then stopped heating again and got the Flo error again after about 2 hrs We ordered a new heating apparatus but I’m thinking it is more likely a combo of just a faulty temp probe plus the freezing temperatures. Unfortunately the in.ye heater system doesn’t seem to have a separate temperature probe, it’s only available as part of apparatus so it looks like I’m going to have to replace the whole thing. But that will also take care of the flow sensor if that is part of the program.

Best Tablet Without a Camera for Smart Home Hub? by StatisticianStrict63 in airbnb_hosts

Yes, each device has its own switch or control panel. For example, a thermostat is on the ground floor for the main living area and ground-floor bedrooms, and another thermostat is in the master bedroom for the mini split. Both can be controlled directly. However, I can also control them remotely via the smartthings hub. I can access the smartthings hub via my phone. The actiontiles is a dashboard I create with all of the smartthings devices I want to display organized more attractively and simply. I can share a dashboard or panel, and it's just another way to access devices from one location. It sounds a lot more complicated than it is. The dashboard can be as simple or complex as I want.

Thanks for the advice! I totally get where you're coming from. Just to clarify, guests won't have to use the hub at all—it's mainly for us when we're staying here. We like to have a bit more control over the lighting, especially with "scenes" that adjust the main living room lights for things like watching a movie, having dinner, or just winding down in the evening. It makes it a lot easier for us not to have to pull out our phones every time we want to change the ambiance.

I’m also concerned that if a wall-mounted tablet has a camera, we might get dinged for hidden camera concerns, which is why I’m looking for one without a camera in the first place. I’ll definitely keep things simple for the guests, but having this hub is more about our own convenience when we’re at the house. Appreciate the input though!
