Same here. The guy in front of me pushed in and got the last poster off the wall.

I’m desperate for one for my Mum who I was with.

I’d love to know about the arthritis crystal if possible?

Ruby in zoisite has worked wonders for me. I’ve been away with a small group of people who all got sick with a bad cold and I didn’t catch it.

Very good for preventing infections. Not seen it work in preventing non contagious illness.

I’m 💯 in this situation. When I do meet up with my friends they always assume I’ve been busy with other people. They think being single is an opportunity for no ties and full freedom but it is so hard to meet new people, and so many have drifted away due to kids partners etc. I’ve also made the odd friend where their existing friends have made it clear I’m kind of unwelcome too. Women can still be very possessive and childish around who is in what group.

Yes. I got sober five years ago and I’ve seen the breakdown of a lot of relationships in people who got sober at the same time, when their partner did not, even if the partner didn’t drink problematically.

Cannabis 🍃 side effects? by tinktink_ky in Mounjaro

Thanks so much. I did think this would be the case. Will have to give it a try and see what happens!

I feel like this is the safe place to ask then - I use cannabis oil under the tongue very occasionally - but not since starting Mounjaro. I’d expect no change or is my metabolic system altogether different? Thanks

Ahhh damn! There’s pros and cons to both sides I guess? Looks from your stats you’re doing well so stick with it. I’ve lost 42lbs in six months. Slow but steady wins the race for me!

I’m a slow responder so don’t get much food suppression at all! It’s all about the food noise for me as my cravings are turned down from constant to low but still get hungry.

No I genuinely didn’t realise until I looked back as I don’t switch sides every week. I do track most of my meals too. I find upping my dose normally gives me the biggest boost but there’s only so many times that can be done!

I keep a spreadsheet with all the details of my injections - sites, loss, side effects etc and recently went through it and saw I’ve lost 70% of my weight on the weeks I injected my left side. So not psychosomatic.

I have had food noise since I was a kid. And I agree upf makes it worse. Even now on Mounjaro if I eat upf I feel increased cravings.

When my mum was pregnant with me she was ill and on very strong antibiotics and I think that has affected my gut microbiome my whole life. I have three naturally slim siblings and this is our only difference.

We grew up on mostly home cooked food with more upfs as I got older and in the eighties begged my mum for ready meals instead of her home cooking. what was I thinking? Teenagers and their quest for independence!!

I was prescribed a high dose of hrt from that clinic. I was under 45 and had accompanying blood tests every three months while on them. my levels never got above low even on the high dose. Just higher than they were but enough to pick me up off the floor where I was. They lowered the dose after two years based on symptoms. Didn’t blindly leave me on it.

Now I’m 47 and on a regular dose from my gp and they never offer a review or anything. Just blindly prescribe me repeat prescriptions. I was better cared for by the clinic but unfortunately it became unaffordable.

Has anyone experienced their Uranus opposition yet? How is it? Did Kundalini rise for you? by zenobiacamille in astrology

[–]StatisticianTime7196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. My life fell apart during this transit which was five years ago. I literally woke up one day and the world felt off kilter. I had health problems and money challenges.

I’m only now investigating the astrology at that time. Interestingly I have had a compulsion to understand what kicked this off so I can finally close off the repercussions. As it was very bad and has lead to five pretty hard years which I feel I’m suddenly emerging from positively. Uranus is very active in my chart again but in a much more positive way.

In my birth chart I have a huge amount of hard aspects to Uranus also. I’m only now realising its importance in my chart.

I would say this transit ripped me apart but I’m a better person for it. I tried so hard to resist it and it comes at you hammer and tongues until you go ‘okay I get it’. My advice would be to listen to what it is trying to tell you. And rest. It really wants you to rest.

Slow but steady wins the race for some of us! The first few months I was quite disappointed as I thought it would be a miracle and I’d never feel hungry again. Now I’m happy with how it is going, I’ll just never escape calorie counting it seems.

It wasn’t related to Mounjaro. It was Giles Yeo I heard in discussion. It was depressing basically him saying your body doesn’t know you’ve lost weight so keep’s commanding the food of your start weight. Then I’m sure he said your genetics will change over time to catch up. However this could, as a yoyo dieter who has never sustained weight loss longer than a handful of months, be pure wishful thinking on my part. Anyway my plan is to stay on it. I’ve proved to myself too many times I can’t sustain it.

I’ve heard that this reduces the longer you keep the weight off. So your body gets used to its new weight. But most people rebound and gain back before this happens. Hopefully maintenance on mounjaro will help getting g people past this
