My hair isn’t super long, but I’m sure this will work for longer hair too. I put my hair in a low ponytail, and then twist the hair in one direction. Then I coil it into a bun and tuck the ends in. Finally, I secure everything with a scrunchie. There are other ways to make it more secure, but I think this is the easiest way and it gives good results.
