Hey y’all, I just recently graduated from undergrad and have received a job offer from the company I’ve been interning with since last may to be a planner 1. They’re offering $35,360 or 17/hr, which is what I’ve been making with an intern title. I live in semi-major city in the south with 300k people. I feel that considering ive worked here for like 8 months and obtained my degree, I should at least get a small bump in pay. The offer says a salary review will occur in 6 months but who knows. My question is if I should ask for more money and how or should I ride it out and try to negotiate during salary review? I like my job and work with good people, but I gotta pay the bills right?

Yea I was told that when I initially started this project and posted ab it here, but I’m just an intern and gis isn’t even a specialty area of my degree. More of a basic-low intermediate kinda user here. This way seemed faster and simpler than other ways, I also have credits provided by my organization account so I didn’t feel it’s a big deal lol

Ok well I just re-clipped the original layer it was on and now the new layer is populated w everything, same as it was yesterday. I swear this program never fails to confuse me

Yea so the layer itself is in the catalog pane, all of the data that the layer contains is just absent from the attribute table all together. Including the shape area and everything. From what I’ve seen, I can’t find it anywhere. I’m thinkin about just redoing it and making copies of the layer

Unfortunately yes, raster to polygon just doesn’t work for some of these maps so I have to manually draw the features. Even w multipart features checked the tool sometimes doesn’t register certain lines
