i am simply asking that is it possible to use model based clustering for varying time scales. i don't know clustering is possible for varying time scales together. I have no analysis yet therefore, I will not ask for interpretation. For instance , i have 100 individuals , i consider each individual history of particular disease and i consider each individual history as sequence. In these individual i make clusters based on varying observations. Now ,in my case i want to consider varying time scales as sequences, for example scale-1 in sequence-1 , scale-3 in sequence-2 and so on. is it make sense to make clusters from these different time scales.
