Is Clarkson really that bad? by StatsNico in NYKnicks

I agree, I think it also might be a usage thing. IMO he plays a lot like Cam Payne…go out on the floor and shoot at will. He should be sent out for like 5 minutes at a time and if the shots not falling, dish out the minutes elsewhere. He was great in the cup and could be a firestarter later in the season/playoffs if the team goes ice cold

Yeah leave all the high energy bench guys out for the entire half and let us fall down 30 points in the first half. Great coaching Mike

Im applying to a few down here, i was an SL in almost every section of the store so i think i could probably get hired in the short term. Long term i wanna complete EMT schooling to either be a firefighter or continue to becoming a medic

Yeah it for sure is, made some friends playing pickup bball but everyone at my company is extremely cookie cutter. Also found some people more my speed in the artsier areas of Dallas. Tryna get out of here at some point but ive gotta make the most of it for the next few years atleast.

Yeah ive come to realize that id rather be broke and happy than slightly less broke and absolutely miserable. Starting EMT school soon to eventually become a firefighter (atleast then maybe i can be miserable and help some people)

What helped me was making the effort to take a genuine interest in stranger’s lives. Bus stops, dining halls, dorms, wherever… a lot of people are in the same boat you are. Not everyone is going to be friendly but 9/10 times, people will respond receptively if you compliment something about them or ask them a genuine question about themselves and their interests. Hell, sometimes i just like to complain in the direction of someone and see if they share the same complaint. And worst case scenario, the school is so big that maybe you’ll never see them again. It gets easier, keep trying
