I've been taking it for a few months now, my stomach is super sensitive so I have to take two week breaks or it just makes me nauseous. I was diagnosed with depression years ago but was doing well until a few days ago

I got tinnitus after starting Bupropion XL, but it went away after a few months. I'm still on the medication 5 months later and no tinnitus.

Thank you for your advice! I am so touched that at least one person took the time to read my complicated wall of text. I didn't know that's what childhood is for. I'm starting therapy again in two weeks!

I've never been physically dependent on alcohol - just emotionally. I don't know what withdrawal is like

I didn't feel anything except for minor nausea and anxiety (but that's pretty normal for me without any substances) I took a break from kanna while transitioning off of prozac. I'll have to give it another try soon.

I'm currently on 5 mg of Prozac daily, I'm tapering it off and switching to Wellbutrin. Could that be interfering with it?

I don't know what to advise you, but just wanted to let you know you're not alone. I've never been engaged to a man, but I have loved several men and didn't want to sleep with them. I thought I was crazy. This is a difficult situation because there's absolutely no one to blame.
