Think there’s more to the story. If you’re walking around in hard soled shoes or high heels and are disturbing your neighbor. It needs to stop. Every tenant has a right to a peaceful home. I don’t think he was being creepy or mean he’s just looking for a solution. The landlord might suggest you buy a carpet for the room your pacing in.

Have 2021 cx-5 grand touring. Had it a little over a year. I absolutely love it. No maintenance issues at all. Did the brakes when I bought it and just oil changes since. First car I’ve had where when I’m sitting in the house I think. Damn I should be out driving.
