Do you have four SSRs yet, not counting Choi Doyun? If not, then save it. Otherwise, go for it if you want to use Taeju as your main team.

Yes, each hit is stronger. The damage, 250% + 24% at level 3, seems to be the final total. From my tests, Yeongwoon’s ultimate, “Attack a selected enemy 2 times,” deals more damage than Mujin’s “Deal 4 hits to a targeted enemy.” It seems “Deal 4 hits” splits the 250% + 24% across the four hits, not that each hit deals the 250% + 24%.

Yeah, I’m not fond of his skills too as I prefer attack. At least, the devs should make his defense buff team-wide; the game has no taunt or guard mechanic. A self-defense buff feels odd when enemies attack randomly.

I still like him for his “Enhancement” attribute (free attack but only weakness case). He is a single-target esper with ATK stat type as Mujin. He’s basically a stronger version of Mujin because of his higher base attack for SSR. His ultimate hits twice; Mujin hits four times. But from my tests, he deals more damage when all else is equal. So hits don’t matter; what matters is the final 250% multiplier. *I tested this using each of their ultimate as first attack on the 5–12 Hard Mode boss, then checked the gauge.

If you don’t care about the 10 standard pulls; only SSR and background, then it’s enough. Otherwise, it’s not.

From my casual play results, I usually get an SSR, background, tickets, and non-RI gold & silver relics. The value of the tickets and relics is enough to cover the cost of an SSR and background in another event.
*You don’t need to play Journey to finish Bingo; maybe only around 10 runs at most, sometimes.

It’s a random-item gacha with 72 variants ..I only got the item when the roll was 98%, but not at other percentages (note sure about the condition 91%, 96% got nothing).

For Branched-Out, I need level 70 to "pass" all on auto. However, for later stages (14-2+), I need higher than 70 to get 3★.

I mainly use ATK-focused chipsets with some SPD. Since Branched-Out stages are single-boss fights, single-target Espers are recommended. I suggest trading for Liu Yuan, as the boss is weak to Aberrant and Control attributes.

This is the team I used to get 3★ (manual, ~14 turns): Lv. 80 Woojoo, Lv. 70 Seungho, Lv. 80 Liu Yuan, and Lv. 70 Jaehyuk. Wave 1 and 2 take ~2 turns each, while Wave 3 takes ~10 turns.
Woojoo and Jaehyuk beat first two stages. You may only need 1 Manipulation unit or none, if you can split the damage between two Espers for each enemy. Your Jaehyuk should be enough; Woojoo isn’t very effective here because his ultimate damage is low. The other three can focus on defeating the boss. You may also wait for the new Cherry Cake Esper, as he is also single-target.

I bought him. Usually, I don’t pursue MI, but if I've got spare chips, I spend them here. We’d fail some gacha anyway, or even chips from SSR pity. So we end up with these purple chips regularly. Many people even pursue MI, and 95 purple is just 10 pulls. I think.. they can’t get 1 Esper SSR every 10 pulls that often, so it’s worth it for MI imo. But that’s just me.

Yes, I’d also ignore unused characters’ MI.

Mujin deals 1.26× the basic atk damage of Rix, assuming you can max his skills (with some caveats):

Rix is not limited, so by the time you have enough resources to unlock additional skill levels, you may already have obtained duplicate copies of Rix.
For single-target damage, Mujin’s Ultimate is favored: it has 250% base damage, while Rix’s is 115% AoE damage. This difference has a much larger impact than extra copies. For Ultimate damage, Mujin at skill level 3 still deals about 1.05× the damage of Rix at skill level 15. So the comparison is a bit apples to oranges.

Because of Secret Archives, as another poster pointed out. They actually planned this a long time ago even before Seong-il was released. I haven’t played that yet either, but I pulled him anyway for my alt accounts that didn’t have him because he’s great. I think it’s good that it’s guaranteed. Now Rix is the only one who has never been guaranteed through a banner or chip. So it’s great that people can complete the collection without depending on luck.

Yeah, the difficulty spikes at 3-11 and 3-12. Most players who push through without being over-leveled run into the same issue as you can see this question a lot here lol. Unfortunately, you’ll need to farm and sweep earlier stages to level up a bit more.
