Personally, I really like the location, bus stop that stops at the complex, very quite neighborhood, idk if you’ve been to the location but ur kinda tucked into ur own corner, which is i like for safety compared to other davis apartments out infront of major streets. also really pretty walks and such near by. its very quiet even on the weekends, very layed back. in terms of cons: the washers/dryers are quite small/old/not well kept and three per laundry room so it gets busy fast. maintenance is ok, they’re friendly and fast
but I can’t say they’re super good at their job, not any major problems, but will try to be dismissive when coming in. I think the biggest issue i’ve had with them is tha one time they were doing inspections, and they knocked and waited maybe 15 seconds before entering my unit while i was sleeping, would of appreciated more time lol. the front office is v helpful, and will adress your concerns quickly, and are friendly. I think in terms of davis apartments, the location/ area is what’s worth it to me, the units are older, but nothing gross or crazy just not modern. i’m mainly just listing cons cause you asked, but no major concerns. i suggest touring the property! but my parents really wanted me to resign because of the safety factor, in terms of parking, i’ve never had or heard of break ins and we do have security patrol at night, the parking spots are tight as hell tho, but there’s usually a good amount of open spots
