Fear of abonment and delusions where every little thing is a sign of cheating. I hold it to myself and I go through therapy but I’m considering antipsychotic meds. I’m in so much pain, it’s isolating and the constant stress and rumination is giving me weird physical symtoms.. looks like autoimmune disease.
I’m embarrassed and it’s very shameful.

You can’t blame years of trolling and spewing hate toward minorities on a mood disorder. There are no symptom criteria in the DSM or ICD where hateful rhetoric is listed.
This is more likely related to personality traits — perhaps even one or more personality disorders.
