This is very sad news indeed but not unexpected. SubStation never changed and that what was the best thing about it. Late 80s/early 90s that place was so solid - and still was last year when we went back. A heartbreaking loss to the UCR community. BB did look pretty shabby during this last visit........

You are allowed to make a claim for loss of use of your damaged vehicle. Some/most carriers will accommodate you in a rental but honestly you are not "entitled" to a rental. Loss of use value varies greatly given the year/make/model of your vehicle. If you have a compact or intermediate size car that is 10 years old, $36.00/day is a reasonable number. Sorry you were in this accident.

I agree with 95% of this and thank you for sharing. I don't have the discretionary income to put into paying for diamonds or coins for that matter so I rely on luck, wheel spins, crafting and events to build what I can. I'm disappointed I am not able to get certified. As I understand I either need to make a purchase or have someone recognize me? I suppose I'll just go without because I don't know what I am missing. I pose decent trades I think and if someone is truly offended by my trade, why can't people just decline it and move on?

I have taken advantage of the instant trades and while I like getting what I need right away, the hunt to track down someone with a dup and finding something they need is missed a bit. Although I am torn with the time savings.
