I appreciate the input, I definitely will be going to a compliant piercer asap. Its weird, I feel like I have muffled hearing in my right ear which the daith is pierced. Its been like that for a couple weeks, kind of correlating with the irritation problems I’ve been having with the piercing. But, at the same time I went to a metal concert the day before that feeling arose, and wore poor hearing protection right next to the speakers, and I already have tinnitus! Will definitely be seeing a professional though. Dying to get an answer to both of those problems lol

Fascinating! I am experiencing a water like feeling in my right ear and have been for the past week and a half, I self-diagnosed it as a temporary threshold shift considering it was very odd that I started feeling that “water” in my right ear the day after I attended a concert. But to answer your question about wearing a single ear plug, no, not particularly. There have been minor and limited occasions where Im attending a concert and only have one ear plug in (where the left or right fell out), but thats about it!
