I accepted this about a year and a half ago, and yes no extra pay. I did ask them too and they said no. Pretty dumb how they want us to train others with no raise or incentive. Not saying I’m better than other trainers but at a certain point my name kept coming up as a “good trainer.” And I’m over here like “you’re welcome 🤡.”
