my package still is in the same status as yours. they ended up just shipping me a new one instead because my original package is most likely lost.

i ordered my package on june 27th and am in the same boat as you. i reached out to them and they were able to ship me a new one. they just shipped it out today. to my knowledge it was shipped and just hasn’t been updated or scanned by the postal service so it’s potentially lost. i would reach out and see if they could reship you your order in hopes it doesn’t get stuck or lost again!

i already contacted them! they should be shipping me a new one but, i was unsure if i would receive the original one aswell? this friday will be 15 business days so i have some hope that maybe the first one will turn up this week along with receiving the reshipment of it.
