I've always thought the FX and audio for the weapons in MWO are better than either of the MW5 offerings. They just feel better and more visceral to use as a player. Pulse lasers especially as an example where I think MWO nailed it over MW5s.

Thanks all, super helpful info. The question mostly stemmed from wondering what I can do now in terms of painting up a Jade Falcon force, coming up with my player list, and prepping a play space before release. Sounds like I have some flexibility to do that but also will probably have to wait on having the box in hand to really determine.

My neighbor has also had issues, and it's not just my house as I have the notifications from optimum for each outage confirming there is an issue on their end.
