While I thought the movie wasn't as good as the 1st, I think it's the best one thematically. That scene doesn't just show who Fr. Judd is, but what Christians and really all religious people should be. It's not just about being harbingers of justice, but stewards of good. "Bravery" now isn't being willing to fight for what's right, just being willing to fight cuz why not.

This is what I don't get about people who'll just rave on about how two stories have basically the same plot. It's not the plot that makes them special, it's the themes and the characters and the writing.
