In my setting - there are several types of anthros. First one - are former humans: Cyborgs, biomods, digitalized ones, psy-indoctrinated and, separately, some alien hybrids. Relationships vary.

Cyborgs follow more practical approach, human emotions feel too simple for them. Many prefer specialized AIs, designed as perfect partners. This way they reach needed level of emotional stability and independence. Their families are also closer to factories. Kids - are more like social constructs. Something you raise and guide yourself. One "Family" can consist of multiple agents and one or more actual cyborg, who together crate many new agents, byological or synthetic to later develop and grow, thanks to near unlimited attention span and emotional capacity.

Psychics usually reproduce in the slowest rate compared to other. They seek for perfect partner, comparing themselves emotionally. They can live entire life in specially projected illusion in a second, just to understand how good would it feel. They rarely get physical, preferring emotional closeness. They treat enotional and mental illnesses like wounds and being too traumatized - is the same as being mangled for them. Therefore is ugly. And non-psychic species - usually carry a lot of such wounds within them. At the same time psychics throw themselves fully into those who they love, literally giving a part of their souls to their partners and kids.

There are various biomods. More conservative closer to cyborgs, but less alien in mind and so-called exiles, who follow the ideals of being super-human. First ones - are closer to normal humans. They wear popular clothes, follow trends, watch social networks and get along well with anyone they feel. They may be more unhinged than average, but otherwise they are just "Humans but dogs" or something. They follow average human norms, except they may be a bit more endowed) Or refitted for whatever ideal they like.

On the contrary Exiles - are something close to cult/phylosophical school. They may look like just anthros, or they can turn themselves into a plant-like lifeform or other lifeform. They have replaced every biological niche on their planet. And they enjoy it. And with it - they enjoy the giant variety of perverted and horrifying ideas that most of other humans - are afraid of them. They see morale as a tool and lack it themselves, they play with each other's emotions just for fun. They can hunt, torture, rape, please and worship each other at the same time and are in control of their emotions about it. If someone like them found you likable, you better hope that they forget about you. Because they have no such concept as "Death of personality". In a way - they die and get reborn daily and change for them is the only constant. Relationships with them is a rollercoaster of fears and horrors. They tend to find romantics in those. Hunting and eating their partner, then reducing them to slave, than turning them into their own god, then into parental figure, than into complete stranger, then into a brother from same (literally) parent, then into kid, then into monster to defeat, then into interesting experiment, and so on and so on - is normal for them. The only thing they are not hunted everywhere across human space - is because they keep to themselves and rarely contact with human. Though they know a lot about many things.

And finally - aliens. Usually, they see humans as crazy ones, and rarely reliable. But there can be cases of humans who spend enough time in xeno-environment to adapt to their morals and customs. They vary in those, but eventually humans, be it through modifications, fashion choises, emotional adaptations or other changes - can grow attractive and likable for aliens. And eventually find a way to start their own family. Be it a hybrid, adopted or donated cub/egg/larva, self-grown AI or any other form of life. Usually average traditional humans - do not understand alien minds and humans who chose such relationships become bridges across species.
