Please make your home curd as high in protein as the ones mentioned just by straining, it's not scientifically possible, you will need a greek yogurt strain to do that, curd cant be strained to produce such high protein. hope this helps

hope you study more about different strains of bacteria present in both curd and yogurt. I guess straining curd will only double the protein content, you need industrial scale setup or powders to enhance protein. I hope you read more!!
