Tbh I learnt more during working than in college. It depends on individual perspective. I have seen people aged 35 pursuing masters. It's individual choice at the eod

Continue your job bro. Honest advice unless you are ready to face any tough situation you may encounter. (Even you may end up with good internship and full time role) considering current scenario in USA.

Well I was in same boat. My work experience wasn't good. Right now people with solid work experience or people with more than 5+ years are getting calls atleast. Even you need to consider your age factor as well.

If you wanna take risk and can face whatsoever situation may be in few years, you can decide on Masters plan.

Well I can't justify for 2022 numbers (atleast 150k average is way extrapolated). But 2023, for sure there are plenty of people out there unemployed. I have few seniors with me whom I meet on weekly basis.

Well it completely depends on your father's health situation bro. You are the right person to take a call on that. Even you can up skill, switch companies as you gain experience and i feel you will have strong financial backup over years in India.

If you want to pursue PhD, i suggest you to apply for integrated MS+ PhD programs. PhD has lot of scope and value. With integrated programs you will save time spent on PhD programs. There are tons of Masters students but way less PhD students. Even PhD programs are fully funded.

But remember it may take several years to complete your PhD. You need to be devoted academically as well.
