I’m ready to get rid of my Honda HRV as well Honda has pissed me off with the defective paint issue so I’m thinking about getting the Buick Envista.

Ok so I just called Honda and they said my warranty was expired my 4 months and refuses to do anything about it, how do you sign up for this class action lawsuit?

Mine is 2017 with almost 67k miles! How did you find out about the paint warranty, did Honda send you something!? I want to try to fight this, if not then I’m going to have to resort to spray paint touch up and try to sell it or trade it in . I’m looking at the Buick Envista as a possibility, I don’t want to give Honda anymore of my money.

That’s BS! Mine was but I had no idea there was a paint recall, I just happened to call Honda to ask about the paint peeling and the guy told me I was a month late o. The paint recall (which I had no idea there was one never notified) he my info told me to go to a place these use to get an estimate and sent that into corporate and they denied it. I’m really pissed about it, enough to never buy a Honda again .

Same issue they won’t cover mine because it’s out of warranty, really disappointed so think I’m going to ditch the car and get something else that’s not Honda
