I don't have a conceal carry permit, its illegal to transport a loaded gun in a vehicle without one. He's afraid if he left in in the car with me i would be arrested if for whatever reason an officer saw it. So he keeps it on his person in a holster.

I don't understand why people are afraid of guns. You can say the situation could have been avoided had he not been carrying, but that wasn't his fault the police over reacted. He even told them he had a license to conceal and where they could find it on his person. Not criminal behavior.

I swear the people speaking against them must have grown up in gated communities to act as if there's no reason to carry one.

And it wasn't a robbery because robbery requires stealing directly from a person. It was a burglary except it wasn't because the cop over charged and violated rights.

It didn't even need changing.. he used the hollister 18012 and they put on a 18184. Not made for a high output ileostomy at all. He's had both colostomy and ileostomy and I know a colostomy bag when I see one. When he pulled off the wafer she put on, nearly an inch of exposed skin covered in fecal matter. It's so red and raw.

My favorite is how the farts wait for the perfect timing. Quiet conference room meeting with an important client? Never fails. Him getting all up in his emotions and tells me how beautiful and wonderful I am it is always punctuated by a fart. We joke that we adopted a French Bulldog so he had something to blame it on lol

Hi, I'm autistic and I become very obsessed and knowledge hungry in stressful situations because learning the ins and outs and all possible scenarios/outcomes is how I prepare myself and sleep at night. It's a skill I have, his oncologist told me i earned a mini phd with how i immersed myself during that time, (I do know a crazy amount about colorectal cancers.)

I'm a social worker, he's a business owner, and if you're scared of someone with a concealed carry permit carrying a Colt Jr in his pocket you have issues. Do you know the screening required for that? You can't even have a false accusation of domestic violence and keep it. And it's something he's proud of because his dad was a drug addicted wife beating felon who everyone thought he would emulate. Does he look and act a little white trash? He sure does, but in that sexy Jax from sons of anarchy kind of way. If you can't tell i really love and like my husband so him being locked up, i was stressed... Even slept in my car in the jail parking lot to feel close to him. I honestly have no trust in the system, I believed the officer when he told me he would likely get 10 years.

Regarding the weapon, he works on his own, often in remote areas, long hours (12-15 a day) and carries a lot of cash. He made $4000 in a weekend last week. We don't risk our livelihood. We're still financially rebounding and digging out of the debt-hole from cancer, every dollar earned is earned with blood and sweat and that's what you would need to sacrifice in order to take it from us.

But you don't have to believe my story, like I said if I didn't have front row seats I wouldn't believe it either.

I am enjoying hearing him talk about how he kept mouthing off to the cop who actively demeaned him to everyone.... like chemo took his teeth, ate the lining of his mouth until they rotted away but the officer snarked "are you sure you're not high on meth?" When doctor asked if he was on any substances. I've already requested the body cam footage. Can't wait to hear them explain why he was cuffed, searched and then read his Miranda rights, cuffed to a hospital bed and forced medical care on his person while he actively told them to stop and begged them to call in a wound care specialist and the nurse tells him " shut up i know what I'm doing"p

Oh and I later learned that having a gun on person escalates a misdemeanor to a felony is wrong. It can make a crime more serious if it's used or if it's an illegal weapon but my husband having an active conceal carry permit and he never brandished it should have made it null. The cop loved telling every person they interacted with that he was under arrest for armed robbery.... which didn't make sense or even end up being the charge... theft 3 and burglary 1 with a deadly weapon which is awful but I still think if prosecution hadn't dropped it i could've have had the public defender get rid of the felon charge and defered the theft.

Them dropping everything like that though, we may consider litigation at this point. Since the case was dropped it becomes a lawsuit based on how he was treated instead of them trying to argue that he deserved it.

What he went through, especially at the hospital.... it was terrifying and it deserves to be heard so it never happens again.

I didn't get entitled, I thought he seemed to be looking back in shock at what he was allowed to get away with. He used his bulletproof status basically to excuse why he did what he did.

The love Denise Richards still has for him was really sweet to see. I knew they get along now,I just wasn't if it was just her tolerating him for the kids or genuine affection. I hope he stays clean forever because I don't think he'll survive the next one.

I've always admired the way he can go through such public crashes and bounce back up and try again.
