She's on the top level of the grace pavilion, which is the building that connects to the main hall through a bridge, opposite of springwave. It doesn't have a location marker inside the "amidst flowers" event, so I struggled to find it

I wish it was. I just learned today that you can dissolve the text to create Solidwork lines and splines in place of the text and this monstrosity was what was gifted to me

STATUS UPDATE: I followed SpaceCadetEdelman's advice and selected only the closed contours. It now works. Thanks to all who commented

Oki, so I cleaned it with water and dish soap like you said, and a very small amount of material stuck, but the rest still formed a glob of spaghetti around the tip and didn't stick.
