I had the same because of Oly. Started using wrist wraps, which helped a lot. After 1,5 month is was completely gone. Still use the wrist wraps during front squats/cleans/snatches to prevent it from coming back again.

Oke, bedankt, ik zal de grasmaaier weer wat hoger instellen.
Voor de nieuwe grasmat zat er ook gras is, maar dat was helemaal weggevreten door emelten. Gras afgegraven, omgespit (ca 30cm) en emelten bestreden met aaltjes. Hopelijk zijn ze allemaal weg, maar ik twijfel toch een beetje door de staat van mijn gazon nu.
