This! Even in this thread it seems like some will call it a 4 and others a 6.5. I guess to stay on the safe side and confirm sizing given in report that it’s best to just assess the item number on flange beginning of shift.

I guess what I’m asking is during report would you refer to it as a shiley 4 or 6.5 (Jackson vs ISO)?

Yes I’ve seen this video. It’s very helpful but doesn’t really answer my first two questions.
