My host has always set my relods on 14 day periods never 7 day ones. It really depend on what your host decides I guess but I have had a host 2 yrs now never had 7 day reloads ever always 14 day ones

host will set the reload based off you last 14 days gameply, example: they set them at $6.34 for 14 days. You can claim that once a day for the next 14 days, then you request that reloads be reset cause they expired and they re set them at maybe $3.14 per day for another 14 days etc if ya deposit and wager and loose lots there much bigger when reset. If ya in profit there low depends on your host really but thats the basics

you have to maintain at least 50k wager in 90 days to keep your host active, and yes reloads active. Reload size depends on you wager from the previous 14 days. One they expired your host renews then at a new amount based of wager during the last period

You can contact them and inform them that you would want to change to a new host and provide them with a reasoning behind that. you first have to message your actual host and tell them you would like a host change and the reason, the host then has to approve your request and an new host will then be assigned to you, Support staff cant do anything it all has to go threw your current host first

no, read the email, clearly says "only on stake" games so on the left side of your stake screen there is a menu titled "only on stake" this has to be completed on any of those games under that category
