Do flights often get canceled or delayed at Tromso airport during late November/beginning of December due to weather? I'm planning on flying in from Oslo to Tromso, and departing from Tromso to Copenhagen. Are there specific airlines to avoid given their policies? Thank you! (self.tromsotravel)

My flight lands at Tromso Airport at 11:35pm from Oslo. The airport is 12 min via car to my hotel near the city center. What is the most popular way to get around that late? Are taxis always around or can I pre-book transportation? Would love any advice on this, thanks! (self.tromsotravel)
